Dr. Haley Swift is an optometric glaucoma specialist with over 15 years of experience providing comprehensive, medical-focused eye care in San Antonio, Texas. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Dance from Texas A&M University in 2004, followed by her Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Houston College of Optometry in 2009.

Dr. Swift has dedicated her entire career to serving the San Antonio community and founded her own practice in 2015, where she delivers advanced, patient-centered care using the latest diagnostic technology. Her clinical interests include glaucoma management, ocular disease, and long-term vision preservation across all stages of life.

She is deeply committed to service and education. Dr. Swift volunteered with I Care San Antonio from 2010 to 2025, providing care to underserved populations, and now contributes to the next generation of optometrists by proctoring students in clinic at the University of the Incarnate Word Rosenberg School of Optometry. For the past decade, she has also participated in medical mission work at The Guerrero Surgery & Education Center in Mexico, delivering essential eye care to underserved communities.

Outside of her clinical work, Dr. Swift is a dedicated mother of two and enjoys staying active, reading, and spending meaningful time with family and friends.
